You will work closely with the COO and co-founder and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to drive new initiatives from idea to launch. This role is built for someone who likes ownership, moves fast, and learns directly from customers.
Please note: This position is on-site in Berlin (Mitte) and C2-level proficiency in German is required.
What you’ll do
Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives: shape value propositions, define MVPs, prioritize features, align stakeholders, and coordinate Sales, Marketing, and Tech for fast, smooth launches
Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building a deep understanding through frequent, direct customer conversations
Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services - from first idea to market rollout - working closely with the co-founders and team
Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback
Support go-to-market execution with sales decks, presentations, and customer-facing materials, and help the team communicate new value clearly
Work closely with Product and Design to translate market/customer requirements into concrete product improvements and launch assets
Graduated from a strong university; entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent in English and C2 German (required)
Experience in a startup environment (or similarly fast-paced setting)
Hands-on: you execute, not just coordinate
Curious about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies
Structured thinker who’s not afraid to get into details, run the numbers, and execute fast
Based in Berlin and willing to work on-site (office in Mitte) for min. 4 months
